fondamental.africa brings together five Abidjan-based companies: events, communication, modular and custom exhibition stands, furniture. Same workshops, same teams, one single point of contact – from the first sketch to dismantling, in Côte d’Ivoire and across the region.

A complete chain, under one roof.
A stand designed by an agency, built by a joiner, furnished by a rental company and assembled by a fourth supplier means four quotes, four schedules and nobody to call when something goes wrong. We brought these trades under one roof so that a single project manager carries your project from brief to dismantling.

What exactly does fondamental.africa do?
fondamental.africa is the group that owns and coordinates five brands in Abidjan: pixlevent.africa (event agency), pixlstudio.africa (communication and digital), modulaire.africa (modular stand rental), monstand.africa (custom exhibition stands) and mobilier.africa (furniture rental). The group steps in when a project involves several of these trades.
Which areas do you cover?
Our teams and workshops are in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. We work across Côte d’Ivoire and in West African countries (Senegal, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Burkina Faso, Mali…) for trade shows, events and brand roll-outs.
Do I need to contact each brand separately?
No. For a single need (a stand, an event, a website), contact the relevant brand directly. For a project combining several trades – for example a stand, its furniture, its communication and its animation – write to the group: one project manager coordinates everything with one quote and one schedule.
What are your lead times?
A rental modular stand can be available within days. A custom stand usually takes 3 to 6 weeks between 3D approval and installation. A corporate event is ideally prepared 4 to 8 weeks ahead. We answer every enquiry within 24 business hours.
Do you manufacture locally?
Yes. Stands and furniture are designed and built in our Abidjan workshops, which avoids freight and customs formalities, shortens lead times and guarantees a local team for installation and after-sales service.
