Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout their projects
- Coordinate internal teams (design, production, web, SEO) to meet deadlines and goals
- Develop commercial proposals and budgets aligned with client needs
- Track and report on campaign/project performance
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Organize progress meetings and present deliverables to clients
Profile
- Degree in marketing, communications, or business (Bachelor's minimum)
- Experience in client account management, ideally in a communications agency
- Excellent client service and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, and proactivity
- English proficiency is a plus
